The Perfect Business
Hello everyone,
I would like to give you a little background on myself and you can choose whether you would like to follow my updates ![]()
I was very lucky and fortunate to be introduced to some successful people in my life when I was 21 years old I was mentored by one of the very best net workers. He taught me some incredible principles about life and business. He was very successful and he had it all. I felt blessed that he gave me so much attention and taught me a ton.
Prior to January 2010 I was a full-time Network Marketer. In 13 years I was with one company for 5 years and had massive success. I generated over One Million dollars with that company.
I thought my $20,000 + lifestyle would last forever. Going out all the time, buying a Mercedes S500 and traveling for 2 months at a time was never going to end, I thought!
I started seeing my checks go down and down to the point where I honestly should have went out to find a J.O.B. but what would people think? From seeing me up on stage in front of thousands of people chanting “Mikey Bee”, You’re the best, We love you, to working for someone who is going to treat me like a Peon. I didn’t want that.
I knew I had to get out of the industry but I also have tremendous health issues that I choose never to talk about to get everyone else down and out so I hold the pain in. So for me to get a J O B is almost impossible for me.
I always loved network marketing but there so many things I hated. I still want to write a book but started and never finished. The truth is that although I believe in it, I believe that the numbers will never change. 96% if people fail.
Why do people fail ? so many reasons – I guess you may have to continue to read my BLOGS ![]()
So, what did I do because I was frustrated and not making the same kind of $20,000 per month income??? Well, I always knew I could create a company that was a cross over between network marketing and direct sales.
First of all, we had to make sure that the Programs or Products that we offered would be in perfect alignment with today’s struggling economy. In more ways than one I mean that. I wanted to make sure we can offer programs to the people who are legitimately struggling to pay their bills. Maybe because of some sort of financial or medical hardship. Maybe they lost their job or just cannot keep their business going because “People just are not spending money”
So, we positioned ourselves right in the middle of the Credit Card Reduction Boom. Right now according to the Fair Credit Reporting Act and the Fair Credit Billing Act people “with the help of an attorney” can negotiate a to get a reduction in their credit card debt, unsecured loans, medical bills and many other unsecured loans. This Bailout program can reduce their debt to around 55% of what they owe. We can offer this service to customers when 1 out of 6 people are in debt.
Now, lets talk about the other side of money. If people DO NOT have any money, how do you expect them to invest into a company that requires an investment. I would much rather have a person that has drive and no money then have someone with no drive and has money.
I would eliminate the INVESTMENT part because in my opinion an investment does not mean “Money” I would also eliminate people needing to purchase products that they did not care to purchase just to get a check. I would also eliminate the RECRUITING but at the same time, allow those who wanted to gather more sales agents to do so.
I also wanted to create a system online and offline that would compliment anyone who wanted to be successful but using their marketing talents and not the ones that the company only allowed you to.
Well, as of January 2010 we were able to create “The Perfect Company”

What a Day
I saw that a gentleman by the name of Don visited my website late last night. He is on the east coast so I decided to call him today. I really love the Online Marketing System that we developed. I was notified when Don hit my site and what information he looked at. When I spoke to him today, I asked him what interested him about my website and his response was to the tune of...
Well Mike, I really love the fact that you are offering an Income Opportunity for Free. Actually, he was unsure if we were real or not. He mentioned that he had never seen anything out there like this. He began to tell me how he can work part time and then when I explained the commission structure, he was even more intrigued. Don asked me "What do I do next?" I love that question. When you get that question, you know you have someone that will be teachable and coach able and that is what you want in your business. I explained to Don what to do. I directed him back to www.d1business.comand said to watch the video and then go over the training manual, take the certification test and then simply fill out the application.
Don was excited "in my opinion" about how simple the process sounded.
He has not signed up yet tonight but it is only 9:30pm.
I am sure that he will
Just wanted to share that story as I am so excited that everything is in place for "The Perfect Company"

Being a business owner is not always easy
After I was 21 I started my own Home Based Business. When I was 27, I started my own traditional business. I have to say that having your own business is like having 3 J.O.B.s
You have so much more responsibility an if you do not show up to work , your business falls.
No matter who you get to run your place, you will never see the sales like they do when you are there. This holds truth with Home Based Business and also traditional.
I am happy I experienced both of them.
There are many upsides and many downsides.
One of the greatest upsides is the opportunity you give your employees.
Just think, by you having your own business creates jobs.
You are helping the economy.
When I owned my wireless franchise, I had 4 full time employees. That is 4 more people who were not underemployed, 4 more people that were able to food on their table, 4 more people who did not have to worry about Credit Card Debt.
It is simply a blessing.
I urge everyone to have their own business.
There are plenty of businesses where you do not have to invest many money and have a huge income potential

Decision One Solutions is flowing very nicely
The key elements in any business are
1. Leadership - who is steering the ship ?
2. Products or services - What are you marketing? Does it fit in today's economy?
3. Timing - This is crucial. It is probably not a good time to open a video store. That trend is over.
4. Marketing - Creating a marketing plan that is easy for anyone to learn
5. Training - Creating a training system that is simplistic in every way. Allowing people to focus on what it is that they are good at.
6. Support - a drowning person is no value to a drowning person. If you do not have support and communication , your business will fail
7. Fair Compensation - Pay your people what they are worth
These are the elements that make up a good company. I knew that we needed to have these elements in order to be successful. What you do today will reflect the next 3 to 6 months of your business. Many people think that success is over night or if you have a great idea and apply it, then tomorrow you will profit.
Success is about working hard.
Decision One Solutions has not only helped hundreds of people start their journey to become deft free or stay in their home or keep their car but we also created an opportunity for motivated sales people to obtain an income stream that is very lucrative.
